      The annual citizen’s engagement should be kept going and should be made a law. It gives citizen’s the room to participate in the budget preparation sessions. It gives us a sense of belonging.

      The citizen budget law is passed into law by the State House of Assembly and accented by the Executive Governor, hence citizens must be contacted before preparing budget
